Gia da piccolo, mia madre mi chiamava il Vagabondo; La mia voglia di girare il mondo e conoscere nuove culture era ed è tuttora, molto forte. Ovviamente la voglia di provare nuove cucine e nuovi sapori era una grande parte di questa curiosità. La passione per la cucina è stata tramandata dalle mie nonne, e dalla passione per il buon cibo e la cucina sana e naturale.
I nostri ingredienti sono importati dall'Italia e non contengono additivi.
La farina usata per le nostre pizze è prodotta dai Mulini Caputo di Napoli.
Ogni Pizza ha la sua storia e come tale non può essere cambiata.
Even as a child, my mother called me the Wanderer; my desire to travel the world and experience new cultures was, and still is, very strong. Naturally, the desire to try new cuisines and flavors was a big part of this curiosity. My passion for cooking was passed down from my grandmothers, along with a passion for good food and healthy, natural cooking.
Our ingredients are imported from Italy and contain no additives.
The flour used for our pizzas is produced by Mulini Caputo in Naples.
Every pizza has its own story and as such cannot be changed.
Pizza is cooked at very high temp (Give or Take 900 Fahrenheit), No substitution, as those are created to enhance the flavors.
